Coached Masters Swim Training:
Saturdays 7am - 9am (Freestyle focus, 1-2 lanes avaiable for masters)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 5:45am-7:15am (must be able to follow program and not suitable for beginners, but any speed is ok.)
