WELCOME TO THE 

MANUKAU SPORT FISHING CLUB

We are a keen fishing club based around Auckland's west coast, specifically the mighty Manukau. We are a family friendly club who meet on the first Wednesday of every month at the Titirangi RSA @ 7pm (Excluding January). We welcome new members, and joining is easy through our website. We run a variety of competitions throughout the year from snapper and marlin jackpots, to tagging competitions and of course the infamous Westcoaster out of Little Huia! So please don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions or would like to join up.

Smokey Jackson

It's hard to talk about the MSFC without mentioning Pete Jackson.

Pete is a founding member of the club, organised the very first Westcoaster in 1999, is a Life Member, World Record Holder, and one of our dedicated Weighmasters.

These days, one of the things Pete is most excited about is seeing the club grow. He's absolutely chuffed with the number of young people getting involved, loves seeing the kids out fishing, and is one of the biggest supporters of our junior competitions.

In fact, if you've been to a kids' prizegiving, you'll know Pete is almost as excited about the Mr Whippy ice cream as the kids are!

Pete and his boys Jed and Marshall, aboard C-Crazy, are always willing to share their knowledge, encourage new anglers, and help wherever they can.

Through Smokey Jackson, Pete sponsors the Westcoaster every year with a voucher to smoke the heaviest marlin.

We're incredibly lucky to have Pete as part of the club and grateful for everything he continues to do for our members.
