The Manurewa Netball Umpires' Association and Papakura Netball Centre have come together to collectively plan and execute the Hoterene-Rakete Memorial Netball Tournament. Between both Associations it was agreed that the group will be named the "Steering Group/Committee". 

The Steering Group is in full swing planning the tournament to ensure this tournament is a great success.
