MARIST FOOTBALL:
Established in 1989, Marist Club (Whangarei) Incorporated has a long and proud history of providing an inclusive and supportive sporting environment for its members and player.
Under the Marist Club banner, Marist Football is one of 6 sporting codes that share fantastic club room facilities and grounds at Kensington Park in central Whangarei. Other codes are Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Softball and Rugby League.
Marist Football is exclusively for junior players up to age 16, allowing us to focus our culture and plans on the specific needs, aims and aspirations of our kids.
Our Marist Football aims are:
- To support and grow the Marist Club by being a family friendly, supportive and positive place for players, parents and supporters
- To be an inclusive and supportive club for all levels of football we are involved in
- To create an environment in which our football players can grow, develop and play to their best potential
- To ensure that our Marist Football teams are well coached, resourced and supported
- To make sure that Marist Football is both operationally and financially successful
