- Manu Rhind (Founding President, 2000–2008) — visionary leader who established the club’s winning culture.
- Richie Rhind — backed the club financially in its early years.
- Colin Walsh & Greg Whaiapu — encouraged the move to Marlins RL and helped get our first teams across.
- Don & Fay McDonald — founding managers of the first Marlins Premier team.
