Jade Otway (year10) has had a big year 2017/18 season of tennis! Jade made the semi-finals at the U16 New Zealand Junior Champs which were played in Auckland on the 6^th – 10^th January. She was part of the New Zealand team that travelled to compete in the Australian Champs in Melbourne in mid-January. The team finished 4^th place. Jade then played at the College Sport Wellington Tennis Champs on the 28^th of January where she finished 2^nd.

While she has been playing well during the season, she has also been selected for some upcoming tournaments too. Jade has been selected to play for the New Zealand Junior Fed Cup team which is travelling to compete in Malaysia from 16^th – 21^st April. Once she finishes playing at the Junior Fed Cup, she will head to Melbourne to compete in the Victorian Junior International ITF Tournament from the 24^th – 28^th April.
