We thought it was about time that we got back in touch with you all.

On behalf of Robbie Neha, the Waikato Evergreens team & Waikato Softball Association, we send you all an invitation to the 62nd NZ Men's Evergreens Softball Tournament at Resthills Park in Hamilaton that will be held on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th March 2027.

Meet and Greet to be held in the beer tent at Resthills Park, 5-8pm on Thursday 4th March.

NZ Mens Evergreens AGM to be held in the Waikato Softball Clubrooms at Resthills Park, 7.00pm on Thursday 4th March..

Beer tent hours under our special licence are Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 11am-5.30pm.

Food will be available at the park on Thursday night for the meet and greet and all day Friday and Saturday.  There will be options for breakfast and a coffee cart will be onsite too.

Function to be held at TBC 7pm on Saturday 6th March.  Tickets $xx.00 per person for a buffet meal. Subsidised drinks.

Ladies event. TBC

No BYO alcohol is to be brought into the park as this could affect our strict special licence.

We soon need from you a confirmation of your teams attendance at the tournament (by Monday 21st December 2026 please) and you can now start depositing your team entry fee of $200.00 ($100 Raffle, $50 Host, $50 NZ Assn) into the WAIKATO SOFTBALL EVERGREENS Bank Account: xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-00.

By Friday 4th February 2027, we require:

Your player and supporter team lists as soon as they are verified

Any obituaries from the past year, including eulogy, if there was one.

Numbers for the Saturday night function (Min 10 per team)

Names of any Official Blues attending the tournament.
