Kia Ora Evergreens,

We thought it was about time that we got back in touch with you all.

On behalf of Syd Budge, the Hutt Valley Evergreens team & Hutt Valley Softball Association, we send you all an invitation to the 61st NZ Men's Evergreens Softball Tournament at Fraser Park in Hutt Valley that will be held on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th February 2026.

Meet and Greet to be held in the beer tent at Fraser Park, 5-8pm on Thursday 26th February.

NZ Mens Evergreens AGM to be held in the HV Dodgers Softball Clubrooms at Fraser Park, 7.00pm on Thursday 26th February.  Unfortunately due to having a strict special licence no alcohol will be able to be taken from the beer tent to the AGM.

Beer tent hours under our special licence are Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 11am-5.30pm.

Food will be available at the park on Thursday night for the meet and greet and all day Friday and Saturday.  There will be options for breakfast and a coffee cart will be onsite too.

Function to be held at the Upper Hutt Cossie Club, Logan Street, Upper Hutt 7pm on Saturday 28th February.  Tickets $55.00 per person for a buffet meal. Subsidised drinks.

Apologies, but we will not be organising a ladies event.

No BYO alcohol is to be brought into the park as this could affect our strict special licence.

We now need from you a confirmation of your teams attendance at the tournament (by Monday 22nd December please) and you can now start depositing your team entry fee of $200.00 ($100 Raffle, $50 Host, $50 NZ Assn) into the HUTT VALLEY SOFTBALL EVERGREENS Bank Account: 01-0530-0587769-00.

By Friday 6th February, we require:

Your player and supporter team lists as soon as they are verified

Any obituaries from the past year, including eulogy, if there was one.

Numbers for the Saturday night function (Min 10 per team)

Names of any Official Blues attending the tournament.
