· Should there be more than 1 child in a family in rep teams there will be a maximum family cap of $1000
· All fees are to be paid at least 7 days prior to departure for the tournament. Payment plans are at the discretion of the Executive Committee and will not be extended to those players listed as un-financial at the end of the prior season.
Travel and Accommodation Details
Any alterations to flights, for say a family holiday etc, need to be advised to WSA at least 3 weeks before the tournament to enable us to change flights without incurring a cost. Any alterations or cancellations after this time will be the responsibility of the parent and will be charged accordingly.
