Shaye, as a coach brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role of not only a coach yet the club CEO. Known for her strategic insights and personalized approach, she empowers our netball athletes to unlock their full potential. Shaye's coaching style combines technical proficiency with motivational guidance, creating an environment where players not only improve their skills but also develop confidence and resilience on and off the court. Shaye can offer coaching to all levels from beginer to highly experiniced netball players. Shaye possesses a unique ability to uncover and enhance the hidden talents and potential within players, a skill that sets her apart in the netball industry. Shaye excels at reigniting a passion for the sport, particularly for those who may have lost their enthusiam for netball.

PHOEBE HAWE -
Position - Club Delegate, Coach, Player
Phoebe not only is a sucessful coach, she has spent the last 2 years learning from Shaye's coaching skills. Phoebe excels in fostering a positive training environment. With a strong emphasis on skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship, she tailors her coaching to each individual's needs. Phoebe's approach integrates a passion for the game with a commitment to personal growth, ensuring that players not only enhance their abilities but also gain valuable life skills through her coaching. Phoebe does not let her injuries bring her down, with injuiring herself and being pulled of the netball court this does not let her shy away from the sport. She takes in her expertise as a player and teaches her skills to her athletes.

RASHMIKA RAMAN -
Position - Coach, Umpire, Player
Rashmika went from being coached by Shaye to now standing by her side and using her knowledge from Shaye she has created her own platform to give towards our players. Rashmika stands out as a coach who seamlessly integates previous teachings from Shaye and Phoebe, ensuring continuity in player development. Her commitment extends beyond the court, as she takes the time to learn each players strenghts and weaknesses to help communicate to their other coaches. This personalised approach allows Rashmika to tailor her coaching, fostering a supportivte environment where players not only understand the game but also experience continuous improvement based on individual needs and progress. Rashmika has a soft personality approch which allows our players to feel comfortable and open to question when unable to understand the learning.

PAIGE BILLING -
Position - Business Innovator, Secretary, Coach, Player
​​​​​​​Paige, a seasoned player with years of coaching from Shaye, brings a wealth of knowledge and confidence to her coaching role. Despite her quiet demeanor, her on-court excellence captivates our young athletes who admire her skills. With a gentle personality, Paige is a supportive and organised coach, dedicated to nurturing the potential of our aspiring players. Paige actively participates in training sessions to assist fellow coaches as needed. She extends her suport to other teams within the club when required. Continuosly striving for imrpovement, Paige diligently takes note from other coaches, demonstrating her commitment to learning and enhancing her coaching skills to benefit the young players under her guidance.

JESSICA ALLAN -
Position - Umpire Coach, Umpire, Player
Jessica is an exceptional umpire coach, transitioning from a highly qualified umpire to a dedicated mentor for our umpires development. Her unwavering commitment is evident as she priortizes their growth, taking meticulous notes on their strengths and weaknesses. Jessica stands on the sideline each week, braving all weather conditions to support and guide our umpires. With a keen focus on improvement, she provides valuable strategies and tactics, ensuring that our umpires consistently enhance their skills under her dedicated coaching.
