Want to share your birthday with us?

If you would like to book in for a birthday party with us, please fill out the website form (via the CLICK HERE) link at the bottom of the page. 

BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING POLICY

Our party prices are $200 (existing members) and $225 (non-members) for 2 hours (maximum of 25 children and $5.00 each for additional children).  A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is also required to secure your booking through EFTPOS or ONLINE payment.  Full costs for the party are due 1 week prior to the party taking place. 

You are able to come 15 minutes before to set up the canteen area with your party food (we have a microwave, stove, kettle, fridge/freezer and kitchen utensils).

The available days and times are:

• Saturday            12.00 - 2.00 PM and 3.00 - 5.00 PM
• Sunday               11.00 - 1.00 PM and 2.00 - 4.00 PM  

We advise that you bring your own party wear (cups, plates, table cloth, plastic knives/forks etc.)

Kindly also note that no alcohol allowed inside the premises.

*Please be reminded to remove all rubbish off-site after the party, as we do not have the means to dispose of this.*

A representative from the gym (who has first-aid training) stays throughout the duration of your party to set up and pack the gym before and after. Please ensure the kitchen is tidy before leaving.

Please also make sure you read the Bookings and Birthday Party House Rules (found on the same tab as this information) to the kids and adults at the party with you.
