Napier Girls’ High School is located in Ahuriri Napier, and provides education for students in Years 9-13. The School is one of the oldest in New Zealand for girls. It celebrates its traditions, and its values of Manaakitanga (respect and caring), Kairangi Whaiaro (personal excellence) and Whanaungatanga (relationships and connections).

Napier Girls’ High School is seeking a passionate teacher to join our Languages Learning Area as the Teacher in Charge of French.
Our ideal candidate will be able to teach French through to Year 13 and will provide leadership for the continued development of French within the school.
This is a full-time, permanent position (1 MU), commencing on 28 January, the beginning of the 2027 school year.
