Membership Explained
How much you pay for membership depends on whether or not you are a member of another tennis club. Subscriptions must be paid by 31 July 2023.

YES I AM a member of another tennis club

• You will pay $60 for NVTC membership.
• The $60 includes $12 Tennis NZ Seniors affiliation fee which we will pay on your behalf.
• You will be paying your NBTA Affiliation fees through your other tennis club.





• NO I AM NOT a member of any other tennis club


• If you are NOT a member of any other tennis club ~ and want to be a member of NVTC ~ you have to pay your NBTA fees through us.  These fees are $20 for those 65 and over or $25 if you are under 65.
• If you are 65 or over you will pay $60 plus $20 NBTA fee = $80
• If you are under 65 you will pay $60 plus $25 NBTA fee  = $85


• Pay For Play





• These people pay $4 per session. NVTC acknowledges there are large numbers of players who are not active members of any other tennis clubs and want to remain as “pay for play” participants. It is our intention to encourage as many of these players as possible to come to our facilities and enjoy the experience of playing with our members, whether or not they eventually become a member themselves. By extending a warm welcome to our Pay for Play participants we hope we can interest them in joining us as members.


• These people can opt to pay an annual amount of $58 to avoid the administrative burden of repeated payment of session fees.


• Pay for Play participants must not be members of any other tennis club.


• Pay for Play participants are not eligible to play in club events or tournaments and do not have voting rights at the AGM.

  Cheque or Cash
  If you would like to pay by either of these methods, please bring your cash or cheque on a Thursday morning. We will deal with the payment of subscriptions during morning tea, when committee members will be happy to take your money/details and discuss membership options with you if necessary.
