We cater for both junior and senior players. Junior grades (boys and girls) mixed teams are under 6 years of age to under 13 years of age. With two senior mens teams, one in the Premier grade and one in the Senior Ones.

LEAGUE

The Ngatapa Stags play each season in the local rugby league competition.

NETBALL

Ngatapa also caters for both junior and senior netball players. Junior grades start from children in Year 3 to Year 8. There are also four senior women's teams and a social team. Senior Trials will be held in February.

Ngatapa have a senior womens team that competes every season in the Poverty Bay Hockey competition.

TWILIGHT TOUCH

Ngatapa runs a mixed social touch rugby competition each year, running for approximately 10 weeks (Oct to Dec) on Wednesday afternoons. Teams are made up of 12 - 14 players, made up of males and females of all ages and skill levels.

CRICKET

Our club has an intermediate-aged team (Years 7 & 8) who play in the Poverty Bay Colts Competition and a senior men's team who play in the Hope Cup.
