Athletics is a foundation sport involving running, jumping, throwing and walking. The coordination and fitness you gain in athletics will help your other sporting activities. All abilities are catered for on club nights, including very beginners. Children are grouped by their ages, and they learn new skills in running, jumping, and throwing each week.
Parents roster We want to encourage parents to come forward to offer assistance and we can provide training to all the volunteers to ensure you are confident with what is required. If we don’t get the support from parents, we cannot run club nights effectively.
