NORTH TARANAKI PONY CLUB SHARED RALLIES

North Taranaki Pony Club is excited to announce that they will be holding shared rallies this season which are open to all members from Oakura, Okato and New Plymouth branches.  This will provide opportunities for North Taranaki members to experience the other branches facilities and special qualities (as all branches are quite different) as well as providing increased riding numbers at each rally, and more rally dates.

The calendar shows dates of the shared rallies already set (and North Taranaki events) and there are likely to be some additional dates set during the season which members will be advised of.  Members attendance and points will be recorded for each rally that they attend and advised to your branch Head Coach. 

Members will receive an invite to each of the shared rallies by phone/email and will need to reply if they are attending or not.  This will enable rally organisers to organise coaches, so they are able to plan the rally to cater for who is attending.    Members who turn up to a rally but have not advise that they will be attending, may be turned away if not able to be accommodated.  This is something no one wants to happen so please ensure you reply in a timely manner.
