STANDING COMMITTEEES
Appeals Committee
Chair – Simon Jefferson
Responsible for hearing appeals against decisions from the Disciplinary Committee and the Ethics Committee that are not declared final by the relevant Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes.
Audit and Compliance Committee
Chair – TBC
To advise and assist the Executive Committee in monitoring NZF’s financial and compliance matters, and monitor compliance with the relevant Regulations Governing the Application of the Statues.
Disciplinary Committee
Chair – James Turner
To pronounce the sanctions described in these Statutes and the Disciplinary Code of NZF on Members, Officials, Players, Clubs and match and players’ agents.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Chair – Rakesh Naidoo
To advise and make recommendations to the Executive Committee on matters pertaining to the review and development of inclusive strategies and how they can be most effectively implemented amongst diverse communities in New Zealand.
Ethics Committee
Chair – Jeff Goldstein
To pronounce the sanctions described in the Statutes, the Code of Ethics of NZF and the Disciplinary Code of NZF on Members, Officials, Players and match and players’ agents.
Finance Committee
Chair – TBC
To assist the Executive Committee in discharging their responsibilities by ensuring the integrity of the organisation’s financial and accounting systems, its internal controls, regulatory compliance and risk management systems.
Player Status Committee
Chair – Scott Moran
To advise and make recommendations to the Executive Committee on matters pertaining to the status of Players for various competitions of NZF.
Referees Committee
Chair – Scott Moran
To advise and make strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee on matters pertaining to the appointment and development of Referees.
Women’s Football Committee
Chair – Johanna Wood
To advise and make strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee on matters pertaining to the domestic women’s football programme.
