IMPORTANT NOTE:
Remits are for changes to the NZPCA Constitution only. All Remits put forward must be discussed at an Area/Club meeting and agreed upon/minuted before putting forward. If the remit submitted would affect other rules in the Constitution by the remit being passed, further remits to correct the affected rules must also be submitted.
If you are unsure if your remit is correct, all remits received by 6th June will be checked and returned (if necessary) by the end of June so that they would be able to be approved by your Club at your June/July meeting. Incorrectly submitted or incomplete remits received after this date cannot be guaranteed to be checked prior to the 6th July submission deadline and may result in the remit not being accepted for the AGM.
