AGM in 2026 Election of Officers: Welcome Tina, Shena and Kyla from Horowhenua. 

AGM in 2025 see minutes of meeting. 

AGM in 2024 a change was made - increase of tournament fee to $200, increase on dinner price to $60 per person (minimum 10 per team). Relax the criteria for players 45 years and over.. 

AGM in 2023 a change was made - there will no longer be a Sunday morning breakfast, only the Friday night dinner. The price remains at $50 per person.
