Ōtāhuhu Softball Club is committed to operating with transparency, integrity, and accountability. This page provides access to our governance documents, which outline how our club is structured and managed.

• Constitution: Our current constitution is available for download and outlines the foundational rules and principles that guide our club.
• Policies & Procedures: We are in the process of finalising a suite of policies and procedures to support consistent and fair decision-making. These documents are currently in draft form and will be reviewed and approved at an upcoming committee meeting.
