Welcome to the 2026/2027 Bowling Season

We welcomed everyone back to the green on Saturday, 10 October 2026, for our 71st Annual Opening Day and the start of another bowling season at Piha. It was great to see bowlers back on the green, catching up with familiar faces and enjoying a day of friendly competition, with Mike Murane and Paddy Neville taking out the drawn pairs and Carol Riley winning the corner-to-corner competition.

With a new season underway, there’s plenty more bowling, laughs and good times ahead. Whether you’re chasing the wins, enjoying a friendly roll-up or catching up with mates around the club, we look forward to another great season on the real Piha green.
