Capital Slowpitch

Capital Slowpitch is a social community league slowpitch competition played on Thursday nights at Kilbirnie Park.

The competition usually starts after Labour weekend and runs through to March.

Games start approx 6:15pm and finish at 7:15pm. 

• You must have 10 Players on the diamond with a minimum of 4 female players
• Soft toss only – each pitch must have an arc 1m – 3m high
• No bunting
• No base-stealing
