PNHSOB Junior Rugby Uniform Agreement/Policy
Overview: This policy is to ensure the longevity of our PNHSOB junior uniform, and to ensure our players are representing our club collectively.
Guideline: The uniform players are issued with is the property of PNHSOB Junior Rugby club. Each player is issued the uniform (shirt, shorts, jacket, socks) at the annual Muster Day and is expected to return it in full to their coach at the end of the playing season.
Players/Parents are expected to responsibly care for the uniform for the duration of the rugby season.
All parents/caregivers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Uniforms are to be worn for designated PNHSOB sports games/events only. Uniform is not to be worn to school etc.
- You are to keep the uniform clean and in its issued condition. Please follow the washing instructions on the tag.
- Uniforms must not be altered. If you need another size please contact us.
- All uniform not returned to PNHSOB by the due date will be subject to a replacement fee of up to $100.
- If these terms are violated, parents are financially responsible for any losses or damages caused.
