Congratulations to Ben Hewitson, from the PPRFC seniors & South Canterbury rep team, on selection for the NZRU Heartland XV.

The Heartland XV played NZ Marist in Masterton on Sat 16th November, and unfortunately lost 11-23.
However, Ben's selection represents the highest honour for a PPRFC player in recent history - a tremendous achievement.

Also selected was former Pleasant Point player, Fainga'a Savieti, now playing for Harlequins.
