JUDICIAL PROCESS

Poverty Bay Rugby follows the instructions and guidelines as per NZRU Black Book. 

The Judicial Committee is independent of Poverty Bay Rugby Football Union.

Third sin bin in a season = auto one week stand down (subject to right of appeal).

Red Card = referred to Judicial Officer to determine if a hearing should proceed otherwise defaults to automatic two week stand down (subject to right of appeal).

SENIOR CLUB RESULTS 2017

LEE BROS SHEILD 2017 to Woodbank HSOB.  Third year in a row.  Well done.  Aon Waikohu received the Jesse Baddeley Runners Up trophy for Premier grade.

LEW PATTERSON 2017 (Senior One Division) went to Tapuae.  YMP Bumbles were the other finalists.

MVP 1st place KEN HOUKAMAU (Pirates); 2nd ETHINE REEVES (Waikohu); 3rd BRIAN WHAITIRI WHITE (YMP).

NEW FORMAT FOR CLUB RUGBY DECISIONS:  Following the new structure adopted by PBRFU there is now a Council of Clubs (CoC) comprised of a representative from all of the participating clubs in both of the senior rugby divisions.  The CoC meets regularly and will be planning the format of senior rugby for 2018 in November.
