Kevan and his friend Paul Ragg founded the club in 1982, Whilst with the club he held pretty much every positition you could think of !!!!. He is  a Life member, and now enjoys Semi Retirement from wrestling , but is still on the board of NZGAWA and organises many of there tournaments
