Compulsory Requirements:

• New players must bring a copy of either their Passport or Birth Certificate for age verification.
• U10 players upwards are required to provide or allow the club to take a photo for player profiles.
• Fees must be paid at time of registration.
• The club prefers Online Registration Forms but will make forms available at Registration.
• If you are Under 18 years of age, then the form needs to be signed by your parent/guardian or online Terms and Conditions accepted if registering online.  These requirements are required to comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act.
• Club Code of Conduct must be read and understood.
