As Ranui Swanson FC continues to grow, it’s important that our governance and club structure evolves alongside it. With increasing membership numbers and operational demands, we regularly review our committee and volunteer roles to make sure responsibilities are shared appropriately and the club can continue to run effectively and sustainably.
As part of this process, some roles and responsibilities are currently under review, which may result in changes to reporting lines and communication processes over the coming months. These updates are aimed at improving how the club operates and ensuring we continue to support our members, volunteers, coaches, managers, and wider community as best we can.
