Adult Senior Baseball 

The Canterbury Baseball Association has been running since the early 2000s with its Senior baseball league having been a mainstay during that time. 

The Redbirds team is run by Martin Bell and welcomes a mix of experienced and new players.

Our games take place on Sunday afternoons at either Avonhead Park in Christchurch or Foster Park in Selwyn.

Gear:  Players are provided with a club jersey and cap for the games, shirts need to be returned at the end of the season, the cap can be kept. 

Equipment: Players will need to provide the following equipment: 

• Glove – players will need their own baseball glove 

• Shoes – most players wear Baseball cleats, although moulded football boots are also fine.

All other gear is provided by the club, including bats (Wooden Only), batting helmets, catchers gear, balls etc.
