Welcome to Richmond Bowling Club in sunny Nelson.

The Bowling Club was established on 4th February 1919.

We are at Club Waimea
345 Lower Queen St Richmond.

The club is proud of its, well-appointed air-conditioned club house with modern kitchen, roomy seating area and full bar facilities.

The artificial green employs the latest in GREENWEAVE technology from FieldTurfNZ and is open for business all year round, allowing the club to run both a summer and a winter programme.

The green has eight full sized rinks,
playing superbly well at about 16 seconds and very consistent.

The new FieldTurf green has been down since June 2024.  The new artificial green allows play in both directions: North-South East-West.
