The Riccarton Rotary Youth Trust scholarship is now open for applications from year 13 learners.

If you're in year 13 and will be starting a degree programme at either Ara Institute of Canterbury, Lincoln University or the University of Canterbury next year, then you can apply for this scholarship, which is valued at $30,000 (paid at $10,000 per annum for a total of three years). 

The scholarship supports a student who is experiencing severe financial pressure or has personal circumstances which may prevent them from contemplating tertiary study at either Ara Institute of Canterbury, Lincoln University or the University of Canterbury. The Riccarton Rotary Youth Trust recognises that some young people of enormous potential are prevented from obtaining higher qualifications and hope that by awarding this scholarship, they are able to help in some small way.
