The senior French class have been working on a project about Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince) this term. 

The little prince lives on a planet far away and has only one friend, a beautiful flower.  He sets off on a journey through space to visit other planets.  Along the way he meets several strange characters but in the end he realises that the flower is his best friend. 

We have learnt some of the famous quotes from the book, such as:

"It is only with the heart that you can really see clearly, what is essential is invisible to the eye."

"All grown ups were once children, but only a few of them remember it."

We decided to study and perform the play in French, so each student in the class took on a role and today we enjoyed performing on the school stage. Well done to everyone for making this a fun project, and a special well done to Brianna Hellyer, who starred as the Little Prince.
