2025/26 Season Subs:

Tee Ball U7 & U9 - $80.00 per player.

Little League U11 & U13 - $110.00 per player.

Junior League U15 and U18,  and Rookie League U23 - $140.00 per player.

All Seniors – Except Premiers and Premier Reserve - $190.00 per player.

Premier and Premier Reserve Grade - $220.00 per player.

Casual - Senior Players only - $90.00 per player (up to 9 Games).

Non - Playing Membership -  that are not playing or have no children playing -  $10.00 for the season. 

Additional team - Highest sub paid, plus $30.00 for any additional team. 

NO family discount available​​​​​​​. If need help on paying subs, please use a payment plan.

Additional Notes:

Early Bird Special (JUNIORS ONLY):

If a JUNIOR players subs are paid before or on Uniform Collection day (Sunday 5th of October), then a $20 Discount will apply to the Junior players subs - For example John Smith plays in the U7s grade, therefore his subs are $80.00, if paid at collection of his uniform, the discounted price is $60.00.

The early bird special does apply to payment plans. The $20.00 discount will apply if subs are paid off by the 31st December 2025. Terms and conditions are that there must be regular and consistent payments being made. Please note - the early bird special is on approval basis only, and you must seek approval from the Club Treasurer. treasurer@rollestonsoftball.co.nz 

Playing in multiple teams:

If A Junior player, who plays in either U18 or U15 and a Senior team, you pay the highest amount plus $30.00 for per each additional team. For example: Mens, Womens or Mixed - $190.00 plus U18s add on $30.00, total is $220.00 for the season. This is for two teams - a junior and senior. If Premier/Premier Reserve- $220.00 plus U18s add on $30.00,  total = $250.00 for the season. This is for two teams - a Junior and a Premier or Premier Reserve.

If a senior player is playing in two senior teams - for example: Prem Reserve and Premier, then the most the player will pay is $220.00 as the club will subside this player.

If a player is playing in three teams, for example: U18s, Premier Reserve and Premier, Then the most the player will pay is $250.00 as the club will subside this player. 

Terms and Conditions:

All Subs quoted above are per Player.

Junior Grades are determined by age as at 31/12/25

Subs quoted above include uniform hire for the season. Players need to supply a glove to play.

All other equipment is supplied from the Club.

All Subs due on the collection of the uniform, and at the very latest by 31st October 2025,  unless arrangements have been made and approved by the Club. Payment plans are available to help pay off subs, the earlier you start the easier it is in the long run. Please contact the treasurer in regards to getting a payment plan approved. 

NO PAYMENT/NO PLAY.
