Golden Oldies Rugby is an opportunity for those 35 years and older, who still enjoy a good game of rugby, to participate and play rugby in an environment of fun, friendship and fraternity, irrespective of the results and at times with a lengthy after match function.
Golden Oldies rules do not permit offside play, over vigorous play, unsportsman like behaviour and have been designed to increase the enjoyment of the game while minimising the chances of injury.
