While RCC endeavour to provide a safe experience, there is significant risk associated with the activities you may undertake with us. The purpose of this document is to make you aware of the sort of hazards and risks you may be exposed to so that you can make an informed decision about accepting these risks, as you will have been deemed to have done by joining or renewing your membership.

While RCC take safety very seriously we are a volunteer organisation that is not subject to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, rather than an adventure tourism business. We do not have in place the systems that an adventure tourism business would have to guarantee your safety.

You are encouraged to discuss any concerns you may have with an RCC committee member before joining / renewing your membership.
