NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ON: Wednesday 23rd September 6.30PM

AT: Invercargill Rowing Club

Under SRA new Constitution a minimum 60 days notice of the AGM is required; an email with the AGM Notice was sent to Clubs on 25 July 2026.

NB.

• Nominations of Delegates /Life members/ President, Secretary Treasurer and other office bearers must be submitted to SRA a minimum 30 days prior to AGM (on or before August 25^th)
• The AGM Agenda is due out 14 days prior to AGM (on or before September 8^th)
• Agenda Items for discussion are also required to be submitted to SRA on or before 25^th August.
