PRIVACY POLICY

The Rifle Rod & Gun Club (Manawatu) Inc. collects and holds personal information about our Members, event entrants, and visitors — including contact details, date of birth, firearms licence and endorsement details, range access records, and event/competition entries.

We collect this to run the Club: processing memberships and renewals, managing range access and safety, organising events and gradings, and meeting our legal obligations to New Zealand Police, the Firearms Safety Authority, and Pistol New Zealand.

We only use and share your information for these purposes, or where you've authorised it or the law requires it. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.

Some of our service providers (website hosting, email, payment processing) store data overseas; we take reasonable steps to ensure it's protected to a comparable standard.

You can access and correct most of your own membership details anytime through your membership renewal email receipt (which contains a link to correct and update your data).
