Development pathways to improve
Challenge yourself physically and mentally
If it’s your first year you’ll spend time in a team of other new referees learning the tricks of the trade and developing your knowledge. Can’t attend training? That’s fine, you’re free to attend when it suits you.
When you become a referee you’ll be assigned to a coach who will work with you to develop your game. Choose when to attend the training sessions and feel free to contact your coach whenever you have any questions
Enjoy the flexibility of becoming a ref. You can choose when and how often you’d like to referee. Keen to start out as an assistant referee? That’s fine!
