LAWS REGARDING MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO SPORTS CLUBS

There could be some confusion regarding Members and the signing in of non-members at our Club. We hope the following clarifies the situation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information.

• If you are not one of the following you WILL/MUST sign in, even if you have been coming to the Club for years:
  • Current Financial Member of the Club
  • Life Member (includes significant other)
  • Registered Player of the Club
  • Registered Coach of the Club (includes significant other)
  • Visiting Player or Official with reciprocal rights
  • Sponsor or contributor to the Club
  • Business Raffle Ticket Holder
• It is a legal requirement for ALL patrons entering and using a Club to be either a Member, be a guest of a member or have reciprocal visiting rights. This is the law not a SUR&SC Policy.
• Please do not be offended if you asked to sign our Visitors’ Book. The protocols can be checked and if we are not compliant with these laws, we can be closed down and receive a significant fine.
