The new Booking Request Form can be found on its own tab on this website.

All valid* booking requests will be processed in the order they arrive into the Booking Request database.

Please be aware that although the Room Availability spreadsheet on the website may show rooms as available - there may be Booking Request Forms in the Booking database which have not been processed yet.

Cancellation of a Weekend Booking Request must be received by 12 Noon on the Thursday prior to the Weekend Booking.

Efforts will be made to process Booking Request Forms and update the Room Availability spreadsheet on the website at least every second night during the Winter season from 1st June - 31 October.

* A valid Booking Request is one whereby the SLL member has :
PAID their subscription fee AND re-newed/updated their Annual Membership Return (AMR) for the financial year that the dates of the booking requested fall.
(All existing Share Holders should receive an email late January/early February inviting them to re-new/update their AMR details).
OR If a hardcopy version has been sent out to the member by the Treasurer :
Filled in, signed the hardcopy AMR Form and it has been received/confirmed by the Treasurer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep a waiting list.
If your Booking Request has been declined - please check the Room Availability spreadsheet on the web-site regularly in case of a cancellation and submit a new Booking Request Form if you see a room has become available.

Efforts will be made to fax the Room Allocation list for the week ahead to the Lodge by 3pm every Friday afternoon during the Winter Season.

Once the Room Allocation Sheet has been faxed to the Lodge - the current week will no longer show on the Room Availability tab.
ALL queries from then onwards regarding availability of rooms or cancellation of bookings for THAT FRIDAY night through to the FOLLOWING THURSDAY night inclusive MUST be made by PHONING the Lodge DIRECTLY on 06 385 8107.
This is because the Booking Officer has no way of knowing who has decided to go home early (making their room available) OR who has arrived at the Lodge without pre-booking (taking a room that was showing as available when the Room Allocation Sheet was faxed to the Lodge on Friday.)
