How Officials are Approved?

Step 1: Official Registers Online

Step 2: Office checks registration against pre approved list

A: If pre approved and matches exactly, office moves to Step 4

B: If application has other tracks/positions added outside of pre approval, application added to Head Officials Conf Call to discuss

C: If not approved, application added to Head Officials Conf Call to discuss

Step 3: For option 2 and 3, After the Head Officials Group discuss, the Track is contacted for opinion

Step 4: Check Level 1 test has been completed in past

Step 5: Approve Official in App and send confirmation email

Step 6: Send Uniform and Warrant card to track Steward for distribution
