Notice of Annual General Meeting

Where: Ranfurly Care Society Hall, 52 Ranfurly Rd, Epsom

When: April 2nd 7pm

Notes:

1. The AGM is in-person only.
2. A draft agenda is attached, and submission of other business or questions closes 5pm March 20th. By mail to PO Box 26-259, Epsom or email to auckland@specialolympics.org.nz
3. All registered athletes and volunteers are entitled to one vote. Voting according to trust deed, i.e. show of hands or written ballot.
4. Trustees: Diane Harpur & Hugh Major are due for re-election having served their first two-year period. The maximum number of Trustees permitted by deed is 10 and a nomination form is attached. A ballot will be required if there are more nominees than positions available. Nominations for Trustee close 5pm March 20th and shall be submitted on the form provided, by mail to PO Box 26-259, Epsom or email to auckland@specialolympics.org.nz
