Code of Conduct

Members are expected to:

1. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.
2. Not engage in any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or victimization towards others.
3. Be fair, considerate, and honest in all dealings with others.
4. Accept responsibility for your actions.
5. Be aware of, and maintain adhesion to rules, guidelines, and policies.
6. Never argue with or verbally abuse an official. Always use the appropriate rules and guidelines to resolve a dispute.
7. Not use obscene language.
8. Have respect for Canoe Club property and the property of others.
9. Conduct themselves in a sportsman-like manner and respect fellow players, coaches, managers, officials, and the achievement of opponents.
10. Never act in a way that may bring disrepute or disgrace to the Canoe Club, its members, stakeholders, and sponsors/potential sponsors.
