Te Poi Starling Park offers function room hire for private events, meetings, conferences, celebrations and community gatherings in Ranui, West Auckland.
Our upstairs lounge can host up to 120 seated guests and is suitable for birthdays, wedding receptions, family celebrations, wakes, unveilings, prizegivings, church services, workshops, corporate meetings and community events.
The venue overlooks Starling Park and includes natural light, deck access, heating and air conditioning, wheelchair access, commercial kitchen facilities, bar service by arrangement, and on-site parking.

Kitchen and Catering
The venue has a commercial kitchen available for use, including an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, preparation space and serving access over the bar.
External caterers are welcome by arrangement.
Bar Service
Bar service may be available by arrangement.
No BYO alcohol is permitted.
Events requiring bar service need enough notice for licensing arrangements. Please allow at least 25 working days before your event.
Last call is 11.00pm. The bar closes at 11.30pm. Events must finish by 12.00am.
Hire Charges
Venue hire for private events: $800 including GST
Cleaning fee: $195
Bar staff, if bar service is required: $160 per staff member
Security, if required for events over 100 guests: $160 per security staff member
Additional costs may apply depending on the size and nature of your event.

The venue is approximately 2 minutes from Swanson Road, 6 minutes from Lincoln Road and 7 minutes from the motorway.
Bus access is nearby, and Ranui Train Station is approximately 13 minutes’ walk away.
The function room is upstairs, with access by lift or wide staircase.
