Suburbs Lacrosse boasts vibrant men's and women's teams participating in the esteemed Waikato Lacrosse Club League, ensuring an exhilarating lacrosse experience for all enthusiasts. The league season spans from October to March.
For our Men's League, the action unfolds every Wednesday evening, featuring games hosted at diverse participating clubs. Monday evenings are dedicated to intensive training sessions, open to players aged 16 and above.
Meanwhile, our Women's League takes center stage on Saturday mornings at the picturesque Tamahere Reserve. Offering A-C Division teams, this league is tailored for players aged 12 and over, fostering skill development and team camaraderie.
Suburbs Lacrosse extends a warm welcome to newcomers, providing access to playing equipment for those eager to explore the sport. Additionally, our commitment to community engagement is evident in the midweek social 3v3 competition held at various intervals throughout the year. This serves as a fantastic platform for individuals, work colleagues, friend groups, and families to join the lacrosse fun—regardless of age, everyone is encouraged to participate and revel in the joy of the game.
