Superstock.....What are they..
New Zealand's premier class, 400 - 500hp full contact beasts, 248 cubic inch engines, mainly Toyota and Nissan quad cam v8 engines, with a few Ford and Chevrolet V8's as well as a few V6 Chev engines thrown in, Hoosier tyres, Quickchange diffs, race gear boxes, the best class there is.
This coming season Huntly International Speedway has the Teams Invitation with 8 of the top teams in the country attending. Last season this event was awesome and we are expecting even better this time around, last seasons winners the Kihikihi Kings are determined to make it two in a row. Just a few weeks after the Teams event we have the NZ Superstock Grand Prix on January 8 and 9 in which we are expecting a full field of the best Super Stock talent the country has to offer.
