Subs for Tawa Softball Club members for the 2026/27 Season:


We’re proud to have kept our subs unchanged for five years by absorbing small costs and annual levy increases along the way. Unfortunately, with increasing costs and considerably higher WSA team levies hitting us this season, it's unsustainable to continue to absorb these costs, so we’ve had to make the difficult decision to raise our fees.

All players are to adhere to Tawa Softball Clubs Pay Upfront initiative. This means each player is expected to have paid their full subs on registration. We understand that with the current economic situation you may not be able to. If this is the case and you would like to set up an automatic payment plan please get in touch with us before the season starts - committee@tawasoftball.co.nz

  • Premier 1 player: $340.00
  • Premier Player = $300.00
  • Senior Player = $250.00 (or a flat team fee of $2750.00)
  • U17 and U19 = $100
  • Junior Player (U7 - U15) = $75
  • Playing in two teams/grades (eg. U15 and U17) = Pay the higher grade subs only
  • Multiple Junior-grade players in a household = $75 first child, $55 per child thereafter.

WANT TO CUT YOUR COST OF SUBS?

As a show of our appreciation for our awesome volunteers who give up their time to coach,- your subs (or your child's subs) will be subsidised. For our older junior players who want to give it a shot but aren't sure of how to get into it, feel free to pair up and coach a team so you can support each other. 

Coaching a Junior Team subsidy: 

  • A Player - Your playing subs will be $150 
  • A Parent - Your childs sub in that team will be $0.00


All players must pay full subs upon registration unless a payment plan has been organised with the Club Treasurer.

This helps the club start the season on the front foot, providing our training gear, match-balls, facilities and junior equipment.
