Registrations

Club / School Registrations

  1. All previous Clubs / Schools must renew their Officer / Committee database register every year, including colours and designs of uniforms. This will be initiated by the Competitions Co-ordinator at the beginning of every year.
  2. Any changes to uniform design and or colours, must be approved by PPTANC prior to taking the court.
  3. Any new Club / School who would like to participate at PPTANC must email a request to start a new Club / School. The email must contain a Main Contact, President / Chairperson and Treasurer with proof of Uniform design and colours.  This request will be tabled at the next PPTANC Committee meeting to be discussed.  Any outcome will be emailed as the official decision of the PPTANC Committee.
  4. All new Clubs / Schools will only be accepted at the discretion of the PPTANC Committee.

Team Registrations

  1. Teams must be affiliated to a PPTANC Club or School, refer to the Club / School Registrations
  2. Teams must register via the online registration system.
  3. Teams who do not register using this system may not be included in the competition.
  4. Teams must nominate at least one person as Manager, this person will be the main contact fothr the team
  5. All PPTANC communication for Teams will go to the Manager
  6. Teams must consist of at least five (5) registered players, but no more than twelve (12) registered players throughout the Competition

Player Registrations

  1. No player may play in a Centre match unless she/he is a registered player of a team that is affiliated to Club or School of PPTANC.
  2. No player may play in a Centre match until any fees owing from previous seasons have been paid in full to the Centre.
  3. No Registrations will be accepted for Championship round.
  4. Any player/s, who wishes to play in Championship Round, must have paid the full Affiliation fees by the last game of the Promotional Relegation round.
  5. A player may play for only one Club or School within PPTANC.
  6. Day Registered Players are deemed registered with that Club / School for that season.
  7. The Grade that the player is first registered in, whether at the beginning of the season or during, will be deemed their nominated grade.
  8. No player can play for two (2) Zones, i.e. Auckland & Waikato/Bay of Plenty.
  9. There will be no registrations during grading

Male Registrations

  1. Subject to the Humans Right Act 1993, Public Act 44 and 49 and the NNZ Harassment Free Regulations, boys up to the age of 12 years are entitled to participate in netball without limitations.
  2. Male/s over the age of 12 years may only play in competitions after approval from PPTANC.
  3. A maximum of three (3) boys may play on the court at the same time, provided there is only one boy in each third of the court.
