When

The last Sunday of every month and the mid-month Sunday of every month except end of December. and mid January. 

Play starts at 1 pm and lasts until approx. 3 pm. The games are organised in a draw of the players present.  Games are usually doubles (depending on numbers) and are both mixed and single sex doubles. Each game is approx. 20 – 30 minutes and then the next draw is made.

2025 TSHB Open Tournament

Tennis Seniors HB Tournament will be held on the first Saturday and  Sunday in October each year.

VENUE: Hawkes Bay Lawn Tennis & Squash Club, 13 Higgins Street, Marewa, Napier with 8 Astro, 2 Plexipave courts  TIME: Report at 8.15am for 8.30am start both days

EVENTS: Men’s and Ladies Doubles are on the Saturday and the Mixed doubles on the Sunday

FORMAT: Draw formats for all events will depend on merit, age and number of entries. Three matches per day are planned, weather and entries permitting

ENTRY FEE: Check Fees on the tournament link page  beolw. Payment can be made via internet banking to: Tennis Seniors HB 03-0642-0153842-00 Entries are restricted to PAID entries only. (Please reference surnames)

PRIZES: Prizegiving will be held at the conclusion of each day’s play. Bar will be open.
