Te Puke Rifle Club

Te Puke Rifle Club starts shooting at  10.00 am typically every Saturday throughout  the season. Shooting takes place once the range has been "dressed".

This involves putting up danger and wind flags, along with erecting the target array. Ground maintenance can also be done at this time.

Members are encouraged to assist where they can with these duties to ensure a prompt start to the day.

Saturday shoots that are rained off may be held on Sunday if possible.

Visitors/casual shooters and prospective members are always welcome. $20 range fee applies, please bring cash as we have no eftpos facility.

Our range is at 823 Maniatutu Road, Pongakawa. There are shooting mounds & a bench at 300, 500, and 600 yards, as well as a 100yd zero range.  Any rifle up to 8mm may be used as long as it does not have a muzzle break, suppressors are ok and scopes  too.

 Club gear is available.
